Eucharistic Adoration is a devotion of the Blessed Sacrament is in church the first Wednesday of the month 8:30am to 11:00pm and all other Wednesdays of month 8:30am to 7:00pm. This one hour spent in Eucharistic Adoratrion can be the most peaceful and satisfying hour of your entire week. ACTS Retreat is a three day Catholic retreat with spiritual direction available during the weekend. Retreats for men and women are given separately. "Ready the Way of the Lord" Scripture Study -- we read and discuss the three readings for the upcoming Sunday Mass so as to better understand the scriptures when we hear them during Mass. No advance reading or preparation is required. Bring your own bible and a pen. We meet mid-September through May, ending right before Memorial day, on Thursdays from 9:15 to 11am in the parish house meeting room. If you have questions, please call Maryann Rice at 314-822-7211.
Church Mice (Sunday School for Preschoolers) -- teaches children ages 3 - 6 about Jesus. We read stories, do crafts, sing songs, and play games. Weekly lesson plans are provided. St. Vincent de Paul Society supports people who are in a crisis situation and live within and around Ste. Genevieve du Bois boundaries. They provide temporary quick fix to individuals and families, such as help with utility bills, rent, etc., to get them through a short-term problem. St. Vincent Soup Kitchen serves a hot dinner to homeless clients once a month from 4:30 to 6:30pm and help with clean-up. St. Vincent Parish is located downtown at 1408 S. 10th St. at Park Ave. Ste. Knights of Columbus shared principles of charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism were handed down by the founder Fr. McGivney and the Order's first leaders. Meetings are at 7:00pm the second Tuesday of each month. If you would like more information please contact Ed Crites at 314-821-3682.
Men's Club promotes social and spiritual activities with the parish. Some activities include decorating the church and parish grounds for Christmas and helping set up for parish events and hosting Lenten fish frys.
